Your Right to Data Deletion

TT Does It All LLC respects your right to control your personal data. If you have communicated with our business through Facebook or Instagram and would like your data deleted from our Concierge Intake system, you may request deletion at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include the following in your email:

• Your full name
• The Facebook or Instagram account name you used to message us
• A brief statement requesting data deletion

What Happens After Your Request

• Acknowledgment. We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
• Verification. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
• Deletion. Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of verification.
• Confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove:

• Your name and profile information stored in our system
• Message content and conversation history
• Any lead classification or notes associated with your inquiry
• All metadata related to your communications

Important Notes

• This deletion applies to data stored within our Concierge Intake system. Messages stored on Meta's platforms (Facebook/Instagram) are governed by Meta's own data policies.
• We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate legal purposes.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
